BPF Horners Awards 2025
Applications invited for the BPF Horners Awards
After a record-breaking number of entries for the 2024 Awards, the BPF Horners Awards are now open for 2025 entries.
Hosted every year by the Worshipful Company of Horners and British Plastics Federation, the awards promote excellence and innovation in the plastics and polymer industries and include what is thought to be the oldest design award for plastics in the world, the BPF Horners Award for Plastics Innovation and Design, created in 1946.
Award applications are invited for:
- Innovation and Design Award: this award recognises innovations which contains or relates to a polymer (for example: plastic products, processes, machinery, concepts, etc.).
- Bottlemakers Award for Plastic Packaging: this award is for any polymer-based packaging with a closure (for example: pouches, bottles, etc.).
- David Williams Award: this award is open to products/services which make an outstanding contribution to society (for example, contribute to healthcare, sustainability, nutrition, etc.)
